Read PostJackie came highly recommended to me, so I decided to seek her help. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and has given me lots of guidance and support on my road to recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend Jackie to anyone. She is a true professional who takes on a very personal approach towards her clients.
"I highly recommend Simple Food, Simple Health. Louise offers an incredible service. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a talent for simplifying complex medical information. Louise seamlessly combines her clinical expertise with nutrition to provide exceptional care and played a crucial role in helping me receive the appropriate medical treatment for significant health concerns that were previously overlooked by my general practitioner for over three years. I am incredibly grateful for her assistance."
I have rheumatoid arthritis and find that these treatments really help with managing my condition. It affects the way I walk, which has a knock-on effect on my posture causing back and neck pain. Jackie is warm, yet professional and has always made me feel better when I’ve been to see her. She has a no-nonsense approach but is very calm and kind. A rare combination. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
Catherine is the go to gal. I treated myself to a SMT session today and would 100% recommend. Already feeling so much looser and looking forward to seeing the results in the next few days.
I first sought advice with lower back issues in early 2007* whilst preparing for a long-distance cycling event. The core problem was diagnosed and treated in the space of 2 visits greatly reducing the pain experienced after hours in the saddle and improving the flexibility and posture issues that I previously had. I went away from the consultations with an immediate improvement but also armed with recommended exercises and stretches designed to avoid the recurrence of injury. I have continued to work with the practice since then to keep the problems at bay and to work alongside my sporting goals as the targets have changed in recent years.
My mother had been suffering with a very painful arm/shoulder meaning that she was unable to use it even for simple daily tasks. Over a few months she was given painkillers and a cortisol injection by her GP. Following two treatments by Jackie her arm/shoulder was pain free and full range of movement was restored.
Over the years I have sought treatment from Jackie for a range of problems including tension in my neck and shoulders, a trapped nerve in my back, painful knee, dizziness related to ear, and sinus problems. I am a diabetic and have been diagnosed with ME/ CFS, thankfully now in remission, so naturally I am particularly cautious when dealing with health issues..
Jackie treats the individual adapting from gentle cranial osteopathy to deeper treatments where necessary. Her extensive knowledge and experience
give me confidence in the treatment that she offers, and I would highly recommend her.
I sought help from an Osteopath having struggled with a hip and knee problem for some time. Jackie took a detailed history and then over 6 sessions used joint mobilisation, manipulation and soft tissue massage which reduced pain and swelling. She also suggested exercises and techniques to minimise further damage which in combination with the treatment resulted in a considerable overall improvement.
Jackie was at all times professional, highly knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. As a Registered Nurse, I very much valued her expertise and would not hesitate to recommend her.
